Writer Encouragement

Hey there!

Are you pumped?  Because I’m pumped.  I’m super ultra excited.  Why?  Well, a little brown booby bird told me that you’re in the middle of writing something.  And I think that’s awesome.

Here’s a simple fact about life that I think very few people recognize:  YOU, my friend, are the only YOU on this planet.  There has never been the same YOU in the past, and there will never be the same YOU in the future.  The YOU in the here and now is the only YOU there’s ever gonna be.  And it’s during your lifetime that the world has any shot at getting the works of art that only YOU can produce.

You’re a writer.  Come on, say it with me now:  I’M A WRITER!  It’s who you are.  Do you know how many people actually find their one true calling in life?  Anyone know?  Anyone?  Very few.  Very few do and one of those very few is you.

You wanna know why very few people make it in the writing world?  Cuz very few have the heart to keep at it.  You’re different, though.  You’re gonna make it.  And I’m gonna be rooting for you every step of the way.
